Intersections

Intersections was a practice in failure…or in other words embracing imperfection.

During this time, I was struggling with severe migraines and double vision. The combination of these problems made navigating the world outside my front door an endless obstacle course.

I began shooting digital photos as a way to ground myself in the moment. Naturally gravitating towards extremes of contrast to guide my vision, I followed the negative space and later enhanced this with vignetting.
